I am on a diet.
There. I said it. It’s official. No turning back. Now all you gals are going to be thinking ,
” How much has she lost?”
“Is she still eating healthy and exercising.”
or the dreaded…
“Did she indulge in all those yummy, perfectly browned, crispy, greasy, heart attack inducing, yet oh so scrumptious, Mc’yD’s french fries.”
{obsessed much?}
ugh.
Well now I said it, it’s out there. Keep me motivated! I have to lose all this baby weight (yeah, I blamed it on my poor defenseless baby. I’m not the only one that has done it. giggle)
I joined a gym too! I actually {heart} it (at least in the post…I’m sure I will have a different POV in the following posts)
phew. I’m glad I got that off my chest. This could be good that I let you know, right? I can keep everyone informed of my failure success.

good luck! i need to lose a few..or 20 lbs myself!
I just joined the wellness center here about a month ago. It has been hard, but for my health I have to do it. I have seen a little improvement in my weight, and beginning to feel more energetic. You are much younger than me, so get with the good habits now, and don't drop them like I did. You will be glad. Hang in there we will be looking to hear about yoursuccess. Jackie
