I need your help

I’m working on a bio for an upcoming article in FOLK magazine. You would think that would be easy, it’s about me. I guess I worry too much.

I think I have that part under wraps (thanks mom!)

However, I also need to add a photo of myself. I think a lot of people can relate when I say ,   ” I hate taking pictures of myself.”

So, here’s where you come in.

Help me choose which photo is magazine worthy. Pretty please.

#1
#2
#3

1,2,or 3?

Make sure you get your copy of FOLK magazine . Also, have your heard about FOLKbarn in Springfield , OH ? I’ll be there! I hope to meet you there too . They are still accepting vendors for this show, stop over FOLK blog if you think you may be interested.

  1. I'll be in The Vintage Marketplace, but will definitely pop over to meet some other bloggers. I like #3 the best! ♥

  2. Oh, I do love #3 the best :)

    #3 definitely!

  4. SueB says:

Definitely #3. Unless of course you are looking for a little bit of sassy, then it's #2.
    Great pics by the way!

Hey sweetie! Girl, you are gorgeous, and they all 3 look magazine worthy. But I love #1 how you are looking away from the camera…so subtle. Three great choices! Hard to choose

    #1

Beautiful photos! I totally agree about hating to take and post pictures of myself.

My opinion…#1 is mysterious and sort of “sexy”. #2 is sassy, fun and flirty. #3 is very pretty, sweet and sort of safe. Does all that make sense? I tend to really like the sassy, fun #2. It has a sweet confidence about it..a spunkiness.

Whichever you choose will be great but you know you have to let us know which one.

You really can't go wrong with any of them but I would pick #3

#2 shows the light in your eyes so you look alive. If you had these done by a photographer ask them to look at the color of your skin again because it looks like you have a slight yellow tinge which could be from your top since it looks like it has yellow in it. I see that a lot of people picked photo #3 but look at your eyes in that one & look at #2 & then you'll see what I mean that you look alive. They are all very nice shots.

  12. Tery H says:

They all are beautiful but my favorite is #3.

You can't go wrong with any of them.

  13. Barbara says:

Oh my heavens these are all beautiful. It's between 2 and 3 for me. There is something about #2, maybe your eyes, that makes this photo seem to impart a certain warmth. But three is very beautiful too. Mmmmmm I think I pick #2~ Good luck with your final decision. You really can't go wrong with any of them!

    I like #2..

  15. Love number three (and so does my daughter)! Looks like you're about to laugh – love the candid look of it.

You'll knock the Folk folks out!

  16. I was attracted by number 1! It's more classy for magazine purposes!

  17. I like #2 =)

I'm partial to #2, but they are all really nice photos. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. i hadn't heard of that magazine before, but it sounds interesting. I'll have to check it out.
